  • A business that is not VAT-registered must not show VAT on its invoices or suggest that an amount includes VAT.
  • For a foreign currency invoice, show the VAT amount in euro, or in DKK, or show the exchange rate used.
  • No general B2B e-invoicing mandate was found for Denmark. Public-sector buyers receive e-invoices through NemHandel.
  • Selling services to a VAT-registered business in another EU country? Pick the reverse-charge setup: it charges 0% and prints the required wording. Show your client’s VAT number as well as your own.
