Is Pro paid per invoice?
No. You pay $9 once and make as many invoices as you like, for as long as you like. There is no subscription.
Do I need an account?
No. After buying you get a licence key by email. Paste it into Invoice Passport and Pro is on. The key takes the place of an account.
Can I use Pro on more than one device?
Yes, on up to 3 devices or browsers at once. Your invoices and clients stay in each browser, so use Export backup and Import in the History panel to move them across.
What if I change browser or clear my browser data?
Enter your key again. If you have already used all 3 activations, choose Remove Pro from this device on a device you no longer use, or email us and we will free one up.
Which free features will move to Pro?
None. Everything that is free today stays free. Pro only adds things on top.
Who handles the payment?
Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. It takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of buying, for any reason. See the refund policy.
